You can apply online for help for yourself or someone else. If you are applying for help for someone else, it is important that they agree to you acting on their behalf.Before applying, please look at the sorts of situations where we can help and the sort of support we can provide.
If you're not sure whether we can help, you can still contact us to talk about your concerns.
