Language Line

Language Line is a telephone translation service for calls from people who do not speak English. Interpreters are available in over 100 major languages.

The interpreters will translate between you and the person who answers the telephone in a three-way conversation.

If you can tell us which language you need when telephoning us, you will be connected to Language Line, allowing you to talk to an interpreter who will translate your request to the person answering the call. They in turn will reply to the interpreter who will translate for you.

If the person who answers the telephone is not sure what language is wanted, they will ask "English?" to which you reply with the language you need.
