Work Solutions offers help and support to people whose situation makes it difficult for them to get and keep a job. We also help employers to implement their equal opportunities policies.
However, we can only help people with mental ill health, learning disabilities (including Aspergers), physical disabilities and sensory needs who meet Adult Care Services eligibility criteria, incapacity benefit claimants and lone parents on income support.
Our aim is to help you obtain and keep your job by improving your confidence and self esteem and ensuring you meet employers' expectations.
We will do this by:
matching your skills, experience, talents and strengths to the employer’s requirements for the job.
putting together a profile for you, and providing the opportunity to try out jobs for short time-limited periods.
offering support, for as long as necessary, to you and your employer.
offering you a mentor, where appropriate, to support you in keeping your job.
