These helplines are a term time service and are open from 9.00 to 5.00 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 to 4.30 on Friday.

If we are not available to answer calls immediately we will do our best to return calls within two working days.

What if I would like to speak to someone during the school holidays?

If you would like to speak to someone from our service during the school holidays or to request one of our booklets or ask generally about our service please ring us at on our County Hall number – 01992 555847 – open from 8.30 to 5 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 to 4.30 on Friday.
